What is gender diversity?

     Human variation is vastly infinite. Nature has built in to reality adaptability through the various forms it expresses itself as. This is no different for humans.

We are so varied in our complexity, this is our strength, and this is ultimately our beauty.

We often take for granted the ways in which we are unique and how our distinctness is a shared trait.

Gender, the sociological lens through which we demarcate our world between masculine and feminine is  -- like a fractal - so much complex when viewed close up.

     None of us expresses our gender in exactly the same way as any one else and we often do not express it the same way depending on context. Each of us finds ourselves on a gender journey artificially delineated between masculine and feminine. Transgender Education Network of Texas welcomes you on this journey and offers you a respite to admire the gender affirming beauty that exists around us every day.

The Transgender Education Network of Texas is an organization dedicated to furthering the education of gender diversity in the State of Texas.   We work to accomplish this through education and networking in both public and private forums.   Through our efforts we strive to halt discrimination through social, legal, legislative and corporate education.
