FAQ for nonprofit administrators
Use BenefitsOfGiving to help your supporters create personal fundraising pages that drive support to your organization. As an administrator, your most important job is simply to get your supporters to your nonprofit-BenefitsOfGiving's page — the page that invites them to create their own fundraising page and gives them the link to go do it.
Invite your supporters to your nonprofit-BenefitsOfGiving page, so that they can create fundraising pages:
When you are logged in as a nonprofit administrator (if you need to be configured as an administrator contact us), you can access your organization's page by clicking “Login for Nonprofits”.
To get your supporters to create fundraising pages, you simply need to invite them to visit your nonprofit BenefitsOfGiving page and click "Get Started – Create Your Fundraising Page" — the site walks them through the rest. So simply copy and paste your nonprofit BenefitsOfGiving page URL into an email and send a message to your supporters inviting them to visit the URL and create fundraising pages!
Everything else you can do:
You will be able to customize your nonprofit's fundraising page, suggest text for your supporters, view donation data, and more. Let's get started:
- Fundraising Pages: Create/edit the plea to your supporters to create fundraising pages (which appears on your BenefitsOfGiving page), supply the suggested boilerplate text that will appear for your fundraisers when they create their pages, and supply the text for the automated e-receipts.
- Branding: Upload your logo (which becomes the clickable link at the top-left of all your organization's pages).
- Photos: upload a photo (different from your branded logo) that will appear on all of your organization's fundraising pages.
- General Reports lets you view donation information from all of your fundraising pages. You may view (export) each page's data individually, or select the "Export All" button to view data from all pages at once. An Excel spreadsheet will open containing your data.

Nonprofits and Fundraiser/Donors
BenefitsOfGiving Terms of Service agreement with our donors allows us to act as our user's agent and route contributions from any user to any qualified U.S. nonprofit, so all donors may contribute to and fundraise for any of nonprofits in our database. However, we have brought some of these nonprofits on board as members in the Rewards Program. Their fundraisers can better customize and promote their fundraising pages, and their donors have more choice. We encourage all organizations, therefore, to register as members of the Rewards Program. If you are a supporter of a nonprofit and would like to see your nonprofit become part of the Rewards Program, please let us know, but also realize that the most powerful persuasion toward this end is for you to create a fundraising page and show them what's possible! We will take the results of your page to them and try to use it to bring them on board!
